The Krewe of Petronius had a festive Carnival bash this year instead of a Mardi Gras Ball. Revelers were treated to cocktails and party eats at 920, the home of Petunias' legends Pete Thomas and Hoyle Byrd.
The krewe is actively seeking new members, both local and associate (associates are out-of-state members and may participate in the annual ball too). The XXXVII bal masque, February 15, 1998, will be held in the municipal auditorium.
